Pauline Sobelman, Vice President, serves as USI’s Strategic Consultant. She is responsible for new-business development and account retention for employer-sponsored group benefit programs. Pauline’s focus is to ensure clients receive top-notch service from USI’s team of experienced insurance professionals. She provides clients with benefits consultation, relationship management and financial analysis to assist them in achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Pauline brings over 20 years of experience in the employee benefit industry from both the insurance carrier and consulting environments.
Before joining USI, Pauline was Vice President, Senior Consultant at Lockton Companies, managing benefit strategies for large- and complex middle-market employers. Prior to that, she served in Account Management at Corporate Synergies and Vice President/Consultant at Marsh/Mercer.
Pauline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from New York University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She resides in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.
