Mary Jo applies her years of Human Resource experience to her employee benefits business development role at USI. Jacobs served as the Director of Benefits and Facilities at MediaOcean LLC, directing the company's benefits, HRIS, compensation and various HR projects as well as the management of their facilities. Prior to that, she worked at Scudder, Stevens & Clark, (bought by Deutsche Asset Management), eventually serving as the Vice President of Human Resources, directing operations and compliance of health, welfare, and work-life benefits for their 5,000+ employees.
Mary Jo is Vice President on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle and served as a Board member for the New Rochelle Day Nursery. She participates on the Westchester County Association Workforce Development Advisory Panel. She has held numerous board positions on the New Rochelle Parent Teacher Association. She also served as Co-Chair for various special education PTA fundraisers.
She attended Fordham University and completed the Volunteer NY Leadership Westchester program on non-profit leadership. She resides in New Rochelle, N.Y.
