Kerry Kozaczuk manages the Diversity & Inclusion program at Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies (UTC) company. She has eleven years of corporate experience in various roles, supporting Engineering, Corporate Operations and most recently Human Resources. Kerry was one of the founders of the first LGBTA Employee Resource Group at UTC in 2007. The group propelled significant policy and cultural changes, earning UTC a spot on the Best Places to Work list from the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index. During her time in Corporate Operations, she lead the initiative to include Disability Owned Business Enterprises and LGBT Business Enterprises in the scope of UTC’s Supplier Diversity program.
Kerry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Connecticut, and later completed her MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as part of UTC’s Employee Scholar Program. Kerry was a Connecticut Technology Council Women of Innovation Awards finalist in 2012. She is the former board chairperson of the Connecticut Stonewall Speakers, and continues to work with the organization as a volunteer speaker.
