Talking Talent has coached over 14,000 women and their managers at companies including Barclays, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, White & Case, Grant Thornton, and many others across the globe. This support helps companies attract, retain, and develop top talent, while increasing profitability.
Karen earned degrees from New York University's Stern School of Business (MBA in Marketing) and from The University of Michigan (B.A., English, High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa). Karen has over 20 years of industry experience at companies including DIRECTV and Showtime Networks. After taking a career break for a few years to stay at home full-time with her three children, Karen trained and became a certified coach at Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the top coaching programs in the country. She is committed to helping women succeed in the workplace.
