Karen Rubin, Managing Director for Talking Talent North America, helps companies develop the female talent pipeline and bring more women to the top, thereby increasing diversity in senior leadership. In her role, she oversees the firm’s coaching support for Fortune 500 companies, with programs that drive gender diversity and inclusive leadership. Talking Talent has coached over 14,000 women and their managers at companies including Barclays, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, White & Case, Grant Thornton, and many others across the globe. This support helps companies attract, retain, and develop top talent, while increasing profitability.

Karen earned degrees from New York University's Stern School of Business (MBA in Marketing) and from The University of Michigan (B.A., English, High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa). Karen has over 20 years of industry experience at companies including DIRECTV and Showtime Networks.
