Debra is currently President of the Global Baby Franchise Organization at J&J Consumer Companies. In this capacity, she is responsible for shaping/delivering the long term growth strategy of the Baby/Child Care Needs State, building a pipeline of innovation to drive growth, and strengthening cherished brand equities behind a portfolio of key global and regional brands including: the iconic JOHNSON’S™ global mega-brand sold in over 175 countries, AVEENO BABY™, PENATEN™, ELSKER™, and DESITIN™.
Prior to this role, Debra was Vice President of Global Marketing for the DePuySynthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she shaped/built the DePuy Synthes master-brand and created a new Marketing Center of Excellence with a focus on building capabilities in brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and digital marketing. The integrated effort/impact of the DePuy Masterbrand, an earlier and instructive model for DePuy Synthes, was awarded with a 2011 James E. Burke Award for best New Business Model.
Debra has a broad base of business/marketing experience gained through diverse industry, company, and brand experiences. Key highlights include Global Franchise and Regional brand management roles in both the Laundry and Beauty Care Sectors of the Procter & Gamble Company, regional line marketing experience in the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, pharmaceuticals marketing experience at the Bristol Myers Squibb Company, and Consumer Durables experience while serving as VP of North American Marketing at the Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company.
In addition to her business commitments, Debra is actively committed to advancing Women’s Leadership. At Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Companies, she serves on the Global Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Steering Committee leading enterprise programming and chapter engagement initiatives. She also represents J&J on the HBA Metro-Chapter Advisory Board. Debra will also be serving on the Steering Committee of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Association Women’s Forum playing a leadership role in connecting and developing a global community of female leaders across industries.
Debra holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and an M.B.A. in General Management/Marketing from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
She is married to Eric Wiseblatt and has a lively daughter Remi and an inquisitive son Harrison.
